The staff was accommodating and affable, some of them especially. One of the advantages - reasonably large and soundproof rooms; they included a shower and a shampoo.

The room we had was a nice size and absolutely spotless with four beds squashed in and the staff was excellent.

The rooms were huge and big size with a comfy bed, a nice big shower, a great view, no complaints whatsoever. Lots of food for breakfast, it was lovely.

The venue's position was central.

Reasonably clean place to stay with very amiable and amazing friendly staff. Modern rooms with breakfast available. Magnificent location, great area. A nice restaurant in the hotel.

Coffee and cereals were a nice touch. The accommodation had a central location right by the South Pier Tram stop so handy for everywhere. The staff was excellent, they were always available.

The hotel's location was brilliant as it was a stone's throw away from the Pleasure Beach and beach, making it ideal for all Blackpool attractions. The rooms were amazing and worth every penny, with an incredible view over the beach. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff provided friendly and personal service. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, setting us up for the day.

No major issues, everything was up to par.

My family and I appreciated being there, its absolutely fabulous and quiet hotel. Marvellous and incredible location to attractions like Ripley's Believe it or Not Blackpool, that was right at the property.

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location of the hotel is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the town center and right opposite the south pier, making it perfect for families with children. The staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming, providing excellent service. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with a very comfy sofa in front of the big window and 2 double beds, making it suitable for families with small children.

The room we stayed in had everything we needed, including a coffee maker, a TV, and an iron. It was in a great spot, just a short walk away from the tram stop and close to the main attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across from the south pier and just a few minutes walk from Blackpool pleasure beach. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided, with tasty eggs and sausages. The staff were amazing, especially the lady who served us at breakfast, who was friendly and even chatted with our 4-year-old. We felt really accommodated, especially with our baby girl, as we were provided with a cot, play mat, and high chair for her. this hotel was the best B&B we've stayed in during our visits to this city.

Couldn't stay longer.

The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, right across from the south pier, convenient to go everywhere. We tried some restaurants, including Select sandwiches which boasted an excellent cuisine.
